More and more kids use smartphones and tablets to play games and watch movies with. There are already countless apps to choose from and new ones are being developed every day. Many of those apps are only developed to generate revenue and do not have the wellbeing of the kids who use them in mind. This makes choosing the right app an overwhelming task for many parents. But not to worry! In this article Swedish App Scene comes to the aid of parents by listing four apps that kids can play with.
The Bolibompa app connects kids to one of Sweden’s most iconic children’s characters. With the app kids can play games related to the dragon who stars in the TV-show. The games are mainly designed to teach kids about everyday activities such as bathing, brushing teeth and eating. Every day new content is added through a “dragon egg” so that kids do not get bored of playing with the app too easily. Besides playing games, kids can also use the app to watch the TV-show Bolibompa free of charge
Observing your kid’s activity when they use apps is important. Therefore, the app features parenting settings which allow parents to set how long children can use the app and what games they can play. In line with this feature is the fact that the app is free from advertising and in-app purchases.
